Seiki Juku Karate-Do is a form of traditional Japanese Karate and in English means 'True Spirit School of Karate'

Students are taught foremost the art of self defence. Plus within our organisation students will gain increased coordination skills, a high level of fitness, and an increase in personal confidence.
